Elevating B2B Mobility with Sharing Autonomous Electric Vehicles: Exploring Prerequisite Criteria and Innovative Business Models

The transition towards a circular economy compels manufacturing companies in the transportation industry to reassess how they create, deliver, and capture value for their customers. Autonomous electric vehicles, with advanced connectivity, autonomy, efficiency, offer innovative business opportunities services. However, there is limited knowledge concerning sharing of autonomous vehicles business-to-business (B2B) market, particularly industrial companies. This study aims identify prerequisite criteria potential models within B2B context. To investigate this phenomenon, employs case approach heavy-duty vehicle industry, which involves manufacturer customers from specific sector. findings reveal that economic gain, service quality, accessibility serve as Furthermore, by leveraging morphological framework, outlines five model scenarios explore enhancing mobility. research contributes field innovation context introducing delineates both concepts vehicles.
